Return and Refound Policy

You have the right to return your product(s) within a period of 15 days counting from the reception of the article. For this you must contact us through our contact form available on our website or by contacting the following email address info@labufandabarcelona.com

Once the return is made and we have received the product we will examine it, in order to accept the return, considering the following:

Your right to withdraw from the contract will apply only to items returned under the same conditions in which you received them.

No refund will be made if the product has been used beyond the simple opening. Therefore, items that are not in the same conditions in which they were delivered or that have suffered damage, will not be refunded, so be very careful with the product while in your possession.

The product must retain its original packaging and labelling.

The shipment must be made using the same box in which it has been received to protect the product.

The return must be made within 15 calendar days from the day you notify us of the intention to do so, if you do not receive the item during these 15 days you will lose the right of withdrawal and for that reason we will not be able to make the refund.

You should be aware that only you will be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods, resulting from manipulation other than that necessary to verify the characteristics of the article. Once verified, the value of the returned goods will be refunded, bear in mind that the shipping and return costs will not be refunded.

The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned item, using the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed with you. 

Many of the products we sell are made with natural and handmade materials, so they can present particular characteristics that are natural of the different materials that are used in the manufacturing process. Such characteristics, such as variation in texture, seams and color, will not be considered as defective, these are characteristics of the natural raw materials that can generate the impression that the product varies, but unlike so, it makes the product A unique piece and these are inevitable variations.
